/m/, /d/. sounds
Tell the story and then ask the children to help you
retell the story. Every child will then use the talking pen to point at
something that has the sounds in it. (This happens for one sound at a time).

Show
cards to introduce food: chocolate, fish, sandwiches, hot-dog, cake, ice-cream,
milk and cereal, chicken, tea, coffee, pie, yoghurt, salad, eggs, lemonade.
Show
cards to introduce house items: bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room,
kitchen, chair, bed, table, garage, roof, window, yard, garden, closet, toilet,
bath.
Language
games
Spread
the cards on the carpet, turn them over and ask the children to pick one and
say what he got. If the student knows the item, he can keep it. Each child
takes turn in picking cards and at the end the winner is the one with the most
cards.
What's
missing? - Spread
six cards with food/house on the carpet. Ask the children to close their eyes,
turn a card over, ask the children to open their eyes and tell you what's
missing. Every child can come forth and ask his classmates "Close your
eyes/ Open your eyes/ What's missing?"
Jump
on…. Food cards. (when the child jump on a card he/she
must say what is there, on the carpet).
Princess
and dragon voices game – repeat the words with princess and dragon voices.

up one card. They ask the colleague if he/she likes the food on the card.
